# Understand Your Free Trial and Feature Access

> Learn what the 7-day WOWagent trial includes, which modules require a paid plan, and what to do when a feature or workspace is locked.

The **WOWagent 7-Day Free Trial** includes **25 credits**, **one website**, and **one user seat**. Trial time and credits are limited; the trial does not unlock every module.

## What you can use during the trial

During an active trial, you can use the Dashboard, add your website, review Website Overview and Website Health, and use Cyber Security. Billing, Profile, and Support remain available for account management.

The assistant, Knowledge Base, integrations, SEO research, AI Navigation, forms, and AI content tools require a paid plan. A 3D avatar requires Growth or Scale.

## After signup

Verify your email and log in. WOWagent checks the subscription and website state to choose your next page.

* If your trial is active and you have no website, complete onboarding.
* If your trial is active and you already have a website, open Website Overview.
* If a paid account needs a website, complete onboarding.
* If a paid workspace is ready, open the Dashboard.
* If your trial has expired or a subscription is required, open Billing.

An invited member uses the selected workspace's subscription and permissions. A personal trial does not give you broader access to another workspace.

## When the trial ends

Choose a plan in [Billing](https://portal.wowagent.ai/billing) to continue. Buying a credit top-up is different from activating a paid subscription.

## Understand a locked feature

Check the message attached to the lock. It can mean:

* Your trial or plan does not include the feature.
* Your workspace role lacks the module or action permission.
* The feature needs a verified widget or publishing integration.
* Your subscription has expired.
