> Plain-language definitions of the terms you see in WOWagent, such as workspace, data-key, formKey, Sandbox, Bot Boundaries, intent, handoff, and credits.

This glossary explains the terms you see across the WOWagent portal and these guides, in plain language. Terms are listed in alphabetical order, and many link to the guide where you use them.

## A

* **Activity Log:** A record of important actions in your account, so you can see what changed and when. See [Profile and Billing](/profile-billing-and-team#activity-log).
* **AI Navigation:** A feature that lets the assistant guide visitors to the right page, section, or popup based on what they type in the chat. See [AI Navigation](/ai-navigation).
* **AI Visibility:** A section of SEO Intelligence that helps you understand how your brand may appear in AI search and answer engines. See [SEO Intelligence](/seo-intelligence#ai-visibility).

## B

* **Business Profile:** Your business name, category, contact details, description, and address in the Knowledge Base. The assistant uses it in almost every answer.

## C

* **Content Calendar:** A planner in AI Growth for scheduling upcoming articles, so your team publishes regularly. See [AI Growth](/ai-growth-and-content).
* **Crawl:** When WOWagent reads the text on your website pages to train your assistant or audit your website. Use **Re-crawl** to read a page again after it changes.
* **Crawlers & Jobs:** The area where you turn on automatic jobs, such as Knowledge Base sync, the website audit, the security scan, and SEO research.
* **Credits:** Units used by some actions, such as AI tasks, website scans, and content generation. Each plan includes monthly credits, and you can buy credit packs or a custom amount in Billing. See [Plans and Credits](/plans-credits-and-limits#how-ai-credits-work).
* **Credit Balance:** The card in Billing that shows your available credits, the credits from your monthly plan, and the date your billing cycle ends.
* **Customer Enquiries:** The list of leads captured from the chatbot, forms, and other capture flows, in one place. See [Inbox and Leads](/customer-inbox-and-leads).
* **Customer Inbox:** The list of conversations between visitors and your assistant. Each row is one chat session.

## D

* **data-key:** The unique key inside your widget script. It links the widget on your website to the correct website in WOWagent. See [Install Widget](/install-widget).
* **DOM Focus:** An AI Navigation action that scrolls the visitor to a specific section of the current page.

## F

* **formKey:** The unique key inside a form's embed code. It links the form on your website to the correct form in WOWagent. See [Forms](/forms-and-enquiries).

## G

* **GMB Account:** A Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) connected to WOWagent for automated posts and review replies. The number you can connect depends on your plan.
* **GST:** The 18% Goods and Services Tax added to every plan and credit purchase. It applies even if you do not have a GSTIN.

## H

* **Handoff:** When the assistant passes a chat to a person on your team, for example when a visitor asks to speak to a human or is unhappy.
* **Health Score:** A number from 0 to 100 that shows your website's overall health based on the last audit. Green is 80 and above, yellow is 50 to 79, and red is below 50. See [Website Overview](/website-overview#health-score).

## I

* **Integration Center:** The page where you connect and verify the widget, Google services, DNS, and publishing setup. See [Integration Center](/integration-center).
* **Intent:** What a visitor is trying to do, such as checking prices, booking a demo, or getting support. AI Navigation matches visitor messages to intents using keywords.

* **Pre-chat Form:** A short form that asks for the visitor's name, phone, and email before the chat starts. You turn it on or off in Chatbot Management.

## R

## S

* **Seat:** One user in your workspace. Your plan sets how many seats you can have.
* **SPA (Single-Page App):** A website where pages change without the browser fully refreshing, often built with React, Vue, or Next.js. SPAs need page re-initialization so the widget keeps working. See [AI Navigation](/ai-navigation#page-re-initialization).
