# WOWagent: AI Website Intelligence for Your Business

> Explore WOWagent's AI navigation, chat and voice assistance, lead management, website monitoring, SEO, content tools, and connected business insights.

WOWagent is an AI-powered website intelligence and agent platform that helps you guide visitors, answer their questions, capture enquiries, and understand your website's condition. It connects visitor engagement with monitoring, security audits, SEO, content, and lead management, so you can review what is happening and decide what to do next from one panel.

This introduction explains the platform, its main modules, and how they work together. Continue to [Welcome](/welcome-to-wowagent) for a tour of the user guide or follow the [Quickstart](/quickstart) when you are ready to set up your website.

## What Is WOWagent?

WOWagent adds AI assistance and website intelligence to your existing website. You do not need to replace your website to use it. You connect the website, provide approved business information, configure the features you need, and manage the experience through the [WOWagent portal](https://portal.wowagent.ai/login).

Visitors can type or speak what they need instead of relying only on menus and page browsing. Your assistant can answer supported questions, help visitors find relevant information, and guide them toward an enquiry, demo request, booking page, or other configured next step.

Behind that visitor experience, WOWagent brings together tools for monitoring website availability, reviewing SEO and security findings, organizing leads, and planning improvements.

### More Than a Chatbot

A chatbot is one part of WOWagent. The platform combines three kinds of work:

* **Visitor assistance:** Chat, voice, and intent-based navigation help people find information and understand your products or services.
* **Website intelligence:** Monitoring, audits, analytics, and recommendations help you identify operational issues and improvement opportunities.
* **Business follow-up:** Forms, lead records, conversation history, and reporting help your team act on visitor interest.

AI Navigation complements your existing menus. It gives visitors another way to reach useful destinations rather than requiring you to remove your current navigation.

## Who Is WOWagent For?

WOWagent supports business owners, small teams, agencies managing client websites, and organizations managing multiple websites. You can use different combinations of its features according to your audience and responsibilities.

| Your Role | What You Can Focus On |
| - | - |
| Business Owner | Keep business information current, review enquiries, and monitor website health. |
| Sales or Support Team | Understand visitor needs, review conversations, handle human handoffs, and follow up with leads. |
| Marketing or Content Team | Research keywords, review SEO opportunities, prepare articles, and organize publishing. |
| Website Manager | Verify integrations, review availability and security findings, and coordinate fixes. |
| Agency or Multi-Website Team | Switch between websites, review client reports, and manage access within plan limits. |

Typical use cases include service enquiries for professional firms, product discovery for ecommerce stores, admission enquiries for education providers, general service and appointment enquiries for healthcare providers, and product evaluation or demo requests for SaaS and B2B businesses.

The assistant's answers and next steps should reflect your published information and actual business workflow. Guiding someone to a booking or checkout page is not the same as completing a booking or purchase; direct actions depend on the integrations and workflows you configure.

## One Platform, Four Connected Layers

The website describes WOWagent as 14 modules across four layers. These are capability groups, not a requirement to configure every module before you begin.

| Layer | Modules | What They Help You Do |
| - | - | - |
| **Engage** | AI Chatbot, Voicebot, Agentic Navigation, Smart Form Builder | Answer questions, guide visitors, and capture useful enquiry details. |
| **Monitor and Protect** | Website Monitoring, Domain Monitoring, SSL Monitoring, Cyber Security Audit | Review availability, expiry risks, and security findings that need attention. |
| **Optimize and Grow** | SEO Intelligence, AI SEO Plugin, AI Recommendation Engine | Identify visibility gaps, prioritize improvements, and use supported optimization workflows. |
| **Manage and Measure** | CRM, Analytics Integration, Reporting System | Organize leads, connect performance signals, and share results. |

Start with the capabilities most relevant to your website and expand as needed. In the user guide, these capabilities are covered through sections such as **Website**, **AI Assistant**, **Growth Tools**, and **Account and Help**.

## Explore the Main Product Areas

### AI Navigation: Connect Visitor Intent With the Right Destination

AI Navigation helps visitors reach relevant pages, products, services, or information by expressing what they want. You create rules that connect requests such as pricing, contact, or booking to a destination.

Depending on your rule, the assistant can suggest or open a page, scroll to a section, or open a popup. For example, a visitor asking about prices can be guided to your pricing page instead of searching through the menu.

Test your rules and review User Intent Analytics to identify common requests and missed destinations. See [AI Navigation](/ai-navigation).

### AI Sales Assistant: Engage Through Chat, Voice, or an Avatar

Your AI assistant can answer supported business questions, explain products or services, recommend relevant options, and collect details for follow-up. You control its greeting, tone, language, appearance, and visitor interaction settings.

Text chat, Voice AI, and an interactive 3D avatar provide different ways to present the experience. Available layouts and capabilities depend on your plan. You can also share a public full-screen avatar link when its requirements are met.

The **Knowledge Base** supplies the information behind those answers: your business profile, hours, products, services, FAQs, website pages, and approved documents. **Bot Boundaries** define what the assistant should not answer and when it should offer a human handoff.

Chatbot settings control presentation and behavior; the Knowledge Base controls the business information available for answers. Test in the Sandbox and on your live website before relying on the assistant.

Explore [Chatbot Management](/chatbot-management), [Knowledge Base](/knowledge-base), and [3D Avatar Shareable Link](/3d-avatar-shareable-link).

### Lead Management: Keep Enquiries and Conversation Context Together

Customer Inbox lets you review visitor messages, assistant replies, feedback, and conversations requiring human help. Customer Enquiries organizes captured leads so your team can understand the request and follow up.

Website forms collect structured information for use cases such as a callback, quote, demo, appointment enquiry, or support request. Lead records can include contact details, source information, and conversation context.

A chat and a lead are different: a conversation explains what a visitor needed, while a captured enquiry gives your team information for follow-up. Review both rather than assuming every chat contains usable contact details.

See [Inbox and Leads](/customer-inbox-and-leads) and [Forms](/forms-and-enquiries).

### Website Monitoring: Review Availability and Security Risks

Website monitoring brings together uptime, response time, domain status, SSL status, and other health signals. Cyber Security audits help you review malware findings, security headers, vulnerabilities, and recommendations.

Use these findings to identify what needs attention, share relevant details with your developer or hosting provider, and check results after changes. Website Overview also provides a snapshot of the selected website's audit results.

Monitoring and security audits provide visibility; they do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or detection of every vulnerability. A warning still requires appropriate follow-up.

See [Website Overview](/website-overview) and [Health and Security](/website-health-and-security).

### SEO Intelligence: Understand Search and Discovery Opportunities

SEO Intelligence helps you review technical and on-page issues, search performance, keyword opportunities, competitors, backlinks, and brand visibility. AI Visibility extends that research to questions and citation opportunities relevant to AI-style search and answer engines.

Connected Google services supply important traffic and search data. Use the findings to prioritize issues and choose topics that address real customer needs.

The platform also describes AI-assisted SEO optimization, including one-click and bulk fixes on eligible plans. Treat these as supported workflows, not a promise that every recommendation is applied automatically: execution depends on the finding, website setup, integration, and available feature.

See [SEO Intelligence](/seo-intelligence) and [Plans and Credits](/plans-credits-and-limits).

### Growth and Insights: Turn Findings Into Reviewed Actions

Growth and Insights brings together prioritized recommendations, reports, and business signals. Use it to decide which issues or opportunities deserve attention, then review results after you act.

AI Growth and Content supports a publishing workflow from topic research and outline to article editing, images, and publish settings. The Content Calendar organizes upcoming work, while Published Content helps you review live articles.

Google Business Profile integration supports local business activity such as posts and review replies. Review-response workflows can use configured rules, with appropriate care for negative or sensitive feedback. Connect the correct account and business location before using these features.

Use [AI Content](/ai-growth-and-content) for article workflows and [Integration Center](/integration-center) for Google Business Profile and publishing connections.

## Connect Your Existing Website and Services

WOWagent's public website lists WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom-coded websites as website platforms. Installation and configuration depend on your platform and the capabilities you want to use.

The Integration Center is where you connect and verify the services needed for your selected website:

* **Widget and tracking:** Install and verify the website scripts used for visitor interactions and tracking.
* **Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager:** Connect relevant properties and containers for traffic, search, and tag workflows.
* **Google Business Profile:** Link the business location used for posts and review management.
* **Blog publishing:** Configure a subdomain or supported Cloudflare path before publishing articles.
* **Public avatar sharing:** Enable or disable your 3D Avatar Shareable Link when available.

The public website also describes messaging notifications, calendar booking, CSV export, Zapier, and CRM handoff. Check the options available for your account and chosen workflow before depending on a particular connection; these are not all prerequisites for basic chat setup.

See [Integration Center](/integration-center) and [Install Widget](/install-widget) for setup details.

## Keep Websites, Team Access, and Usage Organized

Select the correct workspace and website before changing settings or reviewing results. Assistant knowledge, configuration, integrations, forms, and website data are managed for the selected website.

Account tools let you manage your profile, billing information, team access, subscriptions, and credits. The Activity Log helps you review changes, and Support Tickets let you request help.

WOWagent offers **Launch**, **Growth**, and **Scale** plans with different website limits, user seats, credits, and feature access. The public pricing page also offers a **7-day free trial** with **25 credits, one website, and one user**; some features require an upgrade during the trial.

Chat responses, internal chatbot testing, voice usage, scans, and content tasks can consume credits. Review your balance and the action costs before usage-heavy work. See [Profile and Billing](/profile-billing-and-team) and [Plans and Credits](/plans-credits-and-limits).

<Note>
  Feature availability depends on your subscription, permissions, selected website, credit balance, and completed integrations. Check your account's available options before planning a workflow around a feature.
</Note>

## A Typical Visitor Journey

For a service business, the connected experience might look like this:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Understand the request">
    A visitor asks about a service through chat or voice. The assistant uses the business information you have supplied to answer supported questions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Guide the visitor">
    An AI Navigation rule suggests the relevant service, pricing, or enquiry page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Capture the enquiry">
    Your configured chat flow or website form collects contact details and the visitor's requirements.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Follow up with context">
    Your team reviews the lead and conversation, then responds or handles a human handoff.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Improve the experience">
    Use recurring questions, navigation requests, website findings, and SEO opportunities to update your knowledge, rules, and content.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Use AI With Clear Boundaries

Keep approved prices, policies, contact details, and opening hours current. Review inaccurate or unanswered questions in the Inbox, update the Knowledge Base, and retest.

<Warning>
  AI answers and generated content can contain errors. Verify important facts before publishing or relying on them. Set boundaries for sensitive topics, such as medical or legal advice, and route requests requiring professional judgment to a person.
</Warning>

Capture only the visitor information you need, provide appropriate privacy information, and avoid uploading private internal documents as assistant knowledge. Your business remains responsible for how it handles visitor data.

WOWagent supports engagement and improvement work, but it does not guarantee revenue growth, Google rankings, or visibility on third-party AI platforms. Results also depend on your website, content, traffic, configured workflows, and team follow-up.

## Start With a Focused Setup

Prepare a live website domain, access to install the widget, and approved business information. Then create an account or accept your team's invitation, add the website, complete required integrations, build your Knowledge Base, configure the assistant, and test answers, navigation, and enquiry capture.

<Tip>
  Start with one website and your most common customer questions. Confirm that the basic experience works before expanding to additional modules, integrations, or websites.
