# Create Support Tickets and Review Account Activity

> Create support tickets with attachments, follow replies and statuses, and filter the account activity log.

Use [Support Tickets](https://portal.wowagent.ai/support-tickets) for help and [Activity Log](https://portal.wowagent.ai/activity-log) to review recorded account actions.

## Create a support ticket

Enter a subject, a message describing the issue, and a priority. Include the website, affected page, steps you took, expected result, and actual result.

You can attach up to **five files per message**, with a maximum of **10 MB per file**. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, WebM, PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT.

Add a short description when attaching files to a new ticket. Remove passwords, access tokens, and unrelated customer information from screenshots before attaching them.

## Follow the conversation

Open a ticket to read replies, preview or download available attachments, and send a follow-up message or attachment. The ticket statuses include **Open**, **In Progress**, **Waiting**, and **Resolved**.

Use the ticket search, status filter, and priority filter to find a conversation. Keep replies about the same issue in the same ticket.

## Review Activity Log

Activity Log records important account actions. Search by description or action, filter by category and success or failure, and select a date range.

Categories include authentication, website, billing, workspace, Knowledge Base, AI Agent, voice, blog, Google, security, forms, and leads.

Open the available event details when you need context. A failed event helps identify what did not complete; it does not mean all later actions failed.

Access to activity records follows workspace permissions. If you cannot find an event, check the workspace and filters before contacting support.

See [Troubleshooting](/troubleshooting.md) for common fixes and [Notifications and App](/notifications-and-app.md) for alerts about account events.
