Open Chatbot Management and select your website. The 3D Avatar Shareable Link tab becomes available when you choose 3D Avatar in Widget Layout. The interactive 3D avatar requires Growth or Scale. The shared experience uses the selected website’s assistant settings and Knowledge Base.

Open and share the avatar

1

Configure the avatar

Select the 3D Avatar layout and configure the avatar, voice, language, and greeting. Check the save status before continuing.
2

Open the sharing tab

Open 3D Avatar Shareable Link. Check that a Public Shareable URL is present and its status is Active.
3

Copy and test the URL

Click Copy and open the URL in a separate browser tab. Test it as a visitor before sharing it.
4

Share the copied link

Use the copied URL in email, social posts, or your own QR code. Visitors can open the public page without a portal login.
Use the URL the panel supplies. It normally uses the website slug; older avatar URLs remain supported. A missing link can require widget integration setup in Integration Center.

Control availability

Use the sharing controls to make the link active or inactive. An inactive share link shows visitors a disabled notice. The main public widget switch also affects whether the assistant can respond. Check the displayed status after changing either setting. Copying a URL does not activate a disabled link.

Test voice and navigation

Allow microphone access in your browser when you want to speak. Start the voice session, ask a question, and stop the session when finished. If microphone access is blocked, update the permission for that site and try again. Test links and navigation responses from the public page as well as the Sandbox. A full-screen avatar page is a different context from an embedded website widget.
Shared conversations use workspace credits. A public URL does not provide unlimited free messages. Monitor Billing and Customer Inbox after sharing it.
Use Word Normalization to correct a brand or product pronunciation.
