Open User Management to manage workspace members and invitations. Launch has one user seat. Growth has three and Scale has twenty. Team invitations require an eligible plan and available seats.

Invite a member

1

Choose a permission preset

Choose Super Administrator - All Privileges, Editor, Minimal Account Access (Viewer), or Custom Permissions.
2

Review module actions

Check which modules and actions the person needs. Custom policies can separate viewing, creating, editing, deleting, and payment access.
3

Choose website access

Give access to all websites or select specific websites. Select at least one website when using a specific-website scope.
4

Send the invitation

Enter the recipient details and submit the invitation. Review pending invitations to track acceptance or revoke an invitation.
Payment is an explicit permission. Do not assume an administrator preset includes it. A delegated member can grant only access they are allowed to grant.

Accept an invitation

Use the invitation email or the available in-app invitation action. New users provide their name and password, accept the terms, and complete invitation acceptance. Existing users sign in with the invited email and accept the invitation. You can decline an invitation you do not need. Select the invited workspace after acceptance. Its owner’s plan, remaining credits, and your assigned permissions govern your work there.

Change or remove access

Open a member’s permission editor to update the preset, individual actions, or website scope. Review the final selection and save it. Use Remove Member to remove workspace access. Use Revoke Invitation for a pending invitation. These are separate from deactivating a website.

Switch workspaces

Use the workspace selector to switch between your own account and workspaces you have joined. Then choose the website you want to manage. Missing websites or menu entries can result from the selected workspace, website scope, or module permissions. Ask the workspace owner to review them before creating duplicate records. For subscription access, see Free Trial and Access. For the action history, see Support and Activity.
