Open the notification control in the portal header to view your alerts. Notifications can link to a lead, support conversation, website, billing page, or invitation.

Review notifications

Open an alert to view its linked record. WOWagent checks the destination and your workspace access; a missing or inaccessible record may not open. Mark individual alerts as read or dismiss them. The bulk read action marks alerts as read; it does not delete the underlying lead, ticket, or website. Workspace invitations can include Accept and Decline actions. Accepting an invitation grants only the permissions and website access defined by its sender.

Enable browser push

Use the notification drawer’s push controls or the app prompt’s Enable notifications button. Allow notifications in the browser permission prompt. Push is configured separately for each browser or installed app. If the permission is blocked, change it in your browser’s site settings before trying again. The drawer shows whether push is enabled, off, blocked, or unsupported. Use the drawer’s disable control when you no longer want push alerts in that browser. You can still review available notifications inside the portal.

Install the app

Click Download app in the sidebar when available, or use the browser’s install menu. The installed app opens the portal in its own window. On iPhone or iPad, use the browser’s Share > Add to Home Screen flow, then open the installed app before enabling notifications. Installation and push availability depend on browser support. Installing the app does not make scans, chat, or account data available offline.

If an alert does not open

Confirm that you are signed in, can access the intended workspace, and have permission for the destination module. Select the correct website when needed. A read notification does not mean the underlying task has been completed. See Team and Workspaces for access issues and Support and Activity for help.
