WOWagent offers three subscription plans: Launch, Growth, and Scale. Each plan includes a set number of websites, user seats, and monthly AI credits. You can pay monthly or annually, and you can buy extra credits at any time from Billing.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). 18% GST is added on top of the base price for every plan and credit purchase.

Monthly or Annual Billing

At the top of the Subscription Plans section, choose Monthly or Annually. You can switch between them anytime.
Annual billing includes Bonus Credits and Days. Select Annually in Billing to see the annual price and bonus for each plan.

Best for personal projects. Get access to 1 website and 1 user seat.
  • 750 AI credits per month: fresh plan credits each billing cycle.
  • 1 website and 1 user (solo): a solo workspace with full access to the core modules.
  • Voice AI and 2D chat widget: a smart chatbot and voice assistant widget.
  • Unlimited website crawling: Knowledge Base sync and crawler jobs.
  • Deep SEO auditing and AI blogs: standard AI blogs on a subdomain.
  • 1 connected GMB account: automated marketing posts and review replies.
  • 24/7 website health and malware audits: uptime monitoring and cybersecurity audits.
  • Shared compute and email support: standard response speed and email support.

Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Open Billing, review the plans, and click the button on the plan you want. The button shows the type of change, for example Buy Scale or Downgrade to Growth.
If you downgrade to a plan that allows fewer websites than you currently have active, Billing shows a message such as “Deactivate 1 website(s) before switching to this plan.” Deactivate the extra websites first, then switch plans. See Profile and Billing.
When you select a lower plan, Billing also shows “This is a downgrade from your current plan.” Check the websites, seats, and credits in the new plan before you confirm.

How AI Credits Work

AI credits are used for billable actions in WOWagent, such as AI tasks, website scans, and content generation. The Credit Balance card in Billing shows:
  • Available balance: the total credits you can use for billable actions.
  • Monthly plan: the credits that come from your current plan.
  • Cycle ends: the date your current billing cycle ends.
To see how each action uses credits, click Know more on the Credit Balance card. If you do not have enough credits, the panel shows an insufficient credit message. Buy more credits or upgrade your plan to continue.

Buy Additional Credits

You can buy extra credits at any time. Payment is processed securely through PhonePe, and purchased credits are added to your balance after payment is confirmed.

Custom Credits

If you need a different amount, buy custom credits:

Open Billing

Go to Billing and find Add Required Infra Credits under Buy Additional Credits.

Enter the number of credits

Type the number of credits you need in the Enter Custom Credit field. Use whole numbers only, from a minimum of 100 credits up to less than 1,000,000 credits.

Pay securely

Click Buy custom credits and complete the payment through PhonePe. The price is ₹1 per credit plus 18% GST. For example, 2,500 credits cost ₹2,500 + ₹450 GST = ₹2,950.

Check your balance

After the payment is confirmed, the credits appear in your Credit Balance.
GST applies to every purchase, even if you do not have a GSTIN. Adding billing details is optional.

Transaction and Receipt History

The Transaction and Receipt History section in Billing lists your payments. Choose a date range to filter the list. For each transaction, you can see:
  • Receipt and order ID
  • Plan and price
  • Provider ID
  • Created date
  • Status
Use the Action column to download receipts for paid transactions.
